Pregnancy is categorized in 3 trimester. For us, those are 3 goals which we have to achieve successfully. Lets start with the first Goal
1st Trimester
This is the tricky one, no doctors wants to see you more, tips would be very less and it would be mostly very normal routine. First thing to remember is to Stop Outside food.
There is no specific reason but avoid unhealthy food. Stop eating sea food and start traveling in Four wheeler. Eat Soaked Almonds,Walnut and drink Coconut Water during 9 months of pregnancy, It would be good for healthy baby
2nd Trimester
Between 4-6 months Duration, start making list for things which is going to be useful during pregnancy. Buy the pregnancy C shaped pillow, this would be very helpful during pregnancy and even few months after baby is born
Read Hanuman Chalisa, good books loudly, talk to your baby and take care of your wife.
3rd and Final Trimester
7-9 months are the waiting months which can go till 10th Month. Avoid travels, keep the head cool and read good books. MY personal suggestion is to read some financial motivational books.
In the Indian trend, it is not considered good to buy baby’s clothes before birth but you still can search for nearby shops and make a list of necessary things.
